Remove experimental flag in verifier. We don't use it anymore. If we add new opcodes in the future, we can test by disabling the verifier (something which was hard to do at the time). Test: test.py Bug: 28313047 Change-Id: Idce9a520995d12fdfc3bd314bc06b542492a0ab8
