      "message": "Make libdexfile build independent of runtime dir\n\nRemove libdexfile\u0027s dependency on utils.cc and move utf.cc into\n/dex.  Remove libdexfile\u0027s constituent sources from libart and\nuse libdexfile wherever libart is. Also remove some ART-specific\ninterfaces.
