      "message": "Add resize arrays JVMTI extension\n\nAs a prototype for more general object replacement functionality add a\nnew JVMTI extension that allows one to change the size of arrays. This\nextension is \u0027com.android.art.heap.change_array_size\u0027. As far as any\nJVMTI agent, JNI or Java Language code can observer this extension\natomically replaces every reference (strong and weak, global and\nlocal, etc.) with a newly allocated array with the same contents but a\ndifferent length.
