  "message": "Updated system packages retain shared user\n\nIf a system package was updated that used permissions provided by a\npackage signed with a different signature, it wouldn\u0027t grant\nthose permissions to the updated system app.\n\nThis is because the sharedUser field was not set in the disabled system\npackage.
