As far as we know most\nof carriers are fine with either one though they may prefer\npukUnlockScreen UI. It can be overwrite if specific device or\ncarrier don\u0027t want to show pukUnlockSreen UI.\n\nNote the Emergency Dialer will not show up\nif the device is not voice capable.
