  "message": "Optimize keyguard/IME interactions\n\nChange the keyguard window to LAYOUT_IN_SCREEN | LAYOUT_INSET_DECOR\nand make the ViewManagerHost fitSystemWindows. This eliminates the\nneed to resize the actual window and associated surfaces when the IME\ncomes and goes.\n\nForce the widget pager to measure at the fullscreen size of the\nkeyguard, even if the IME is showing.
