      "message": "Add permission meta-state flags to support grant/revoke permission policy.\n\nWe now maintain a mata-state with each permission in the form of flags\nspecyfying the policy for this permission. This enables support of the\nfollowing use cases:\n\n1. The user denies a permission with prejudice in which case an app cannot\n   request the permission at runtime. If an app requests such a permssion\n   it gets a denial unless the user grants the permission from settings.\n\n2. A legacy app with disabled app-ops being upgraded to support runtime\n   permissions. The disabled app ops are converted to permission revocations.\n   The app ops manager is a part of the activity manger which sits on top\n   of the package manager, hence the latter cannot have a dependency on the\n   former. To avoid this the package installer which is the global\n   permission managment authority marks the permission as revoked on\n   upgrade and the package manager revokes it on upgrade.\n\n3. A device policy fixing a permission in a granted or revoked state. The\ndevice idle controller now pushes its white list of\napp uids into the power manager, so it can apply this\npolicy correctly to only apps that are not whitelisted.\n\nThe implementation adds a new \"disabled\" flag to a wake\nlock which is set when we want to apply this policy.       "message": "Add alternate intents and refinement callbacks to ChooserActivity\n\nAllow a calling app to supply an array of additional Intents to the\nsystem ChooserActivity.\n\nThe chooser will present a merged list of targets that can handle any\nof the Intents supplied, including both the standard EXTRA_INTENT as\nwell as any of the intents supplied in EXTRA_ALTERNATE_INTENTS. These are\ntreated as ordered; EXTRA_INTENT is considered the first/primary\nIntent and EXTRA_ALTERNATE_INTENTS are sorted most important first.\n\nTargets are queried for all supplied Intents. If the same component is\nreturned for more than one Intent, the target is associated with the\nmost important Intent that matched.\n\nThis allows calling apps to supply several different payloads for an\naction depending on what the intended targets are able to support. For\nexample, an app performing ACTION_SEND may supply image/jpeg data to\ncompatible targets or a hosted web link to targets that only support\ntext/plain. The user will have the opportunity to pick from a single\nmerged list of choices using the best available payload, and will not\nbe bothered with the implementation details of how the payload will be\ndelivered to the recipient.\n\nIf the calling app wishes to provide further disambiguation or\nrefinement after the user makes a choice, for example to let the user\nchoose which of the source intents to send from the primary or\nalternates, show a progress dialog as a full-resolution version of a\nphoto is downloaded from the server before being sent along or while\nreticulating splines, the caller can supply an IntentSender to\nACTION_CHOOSER including the extra EXTRA_REFINEMENT_INTENT_SENDER.\nThis should be the IntentSender obtained from a PendingIntent pointing\nat an activity to launch to perform the refinement.\n\nThe refinement activity should report that it is finished by obtaining\nthe ResultReceiver from EXTRA_RESULT_RECEIVER. Available intents to\nsend to the selected target will be contained in EXTRA_INTENT and\nEXTRA_ALTERNATE_INTENTS.\n\nTo complete the refinement and send the result along to the chosen\ntarget, the refinement activity should select one of the supplied\nintents and send it to the ResultReceiver in a Bundle with the key\nEXTRA_INTENT and the result code RESULT_OK. To cancel the refinement,\nand let the user select another choice, send RESULT_CANCEL.\n\nWhile refinement activities cannot modify the filterEquals-affecting\nfields of the Intent they return, they may modify extras to provide\nadditional or altered details to the final recipient.
