      "message": "Cleanup implementation of hardware layers.\n\nThe new implementation relies on OpenGLRenderer\u0027s existing layer\ncode instead of duplicating it. The new code is much cleaner, with\nsimpler and better APIs and allows tracking of drawn regions inside\nlayers.
