      "message": "Remove View methods that can\u0027t be used safely from the SDK\n\nView methods that previously accepted a TypedArray to initialize\nparameters parsed from xml cannot be used correctly by apps. The\nTypedArray passed must always be obtained from a context using the\nfilter array com.android.internal.R.styleable.View, which is not\nvisible to the SDK.\n\nA previous change already made this safe for existing apps already\nusing it so that they don\u0027t crash, this change removes these methods\nfrom the SDK entirely.\n\nChange-Id: I62099087ad6fd5bf8363e863b04fd0434b8cdfca\n"

      "message": "Hide mutable VpnService APIs to add/remove IP addresses dynamically.\n\nThese APIs were added because we thought we needed them to provide\nseamless transition from one server backend to another using local IP\naddresses to distinguish between the backends. I.e., connections whose\nlocal IP address was old would be routed to the old backend; connections\nwhose local IP address was new would be routed to the new backend.\n\nIt turns out that\u0027s not needed. VpnService already supports seamless\nre-establishment, so VPNs just need to call establish() again with a\ndifferent IP address.       "message": "Add new wallpaper features for insets and offsets.\n\nIssue #17394151: WallpaperService / Engines need to get notified\nof WindowInsets\n\nIssue #17394203 Wallpapers need a system API to be shifted in order\nto support burn in protection\n\nAdds a new API on WallpaperManager to set additional offsets to\nmake wallpapers extend beyond the display size.\n\nInsets are now reported to wallpapers, to use as they may.  This\nincludes information about the above offsets, so they can place\ntheir content within the visible area.  And to help with this, also\nexpose the stable offsets APIs in WindowInsets which is also very\nuseful information for the wallpaper.\n\nAnother new API on WallpaperManager to set a raw offset to apply\nto the wallpaper window, forcing it to move on the screen regardless\nof what the wallpaper is drawing.\n\nFix wallpapers when used with overscan enabled, so they still extend\nout across the entire screen. This CL also renames *CharacterRect() with\n*CharacterBounds() so that they can look more consistent\nwith other existing APIs.\n\nRationale:\n\nCursorAnchorInfo.FLAG_IS_RTL addresses following issues.\n1. There is no way to associate the RTL information with\n   the insertion marker.\n2.
