However, calling\nsuppression was broken recently on a device where we needed notification\nsuppression, but not calling suppression.\n\nThis CL remedies this problem by adding more granular disabled effects\nhints.       "message": "Fix issue #26879170: Adjust doze maintenance windows...\n\n...based on network availability\n\nThere is a new light maintenance state \"waiting for network\"\nthat we go in to after idle if the network is not currently\navailable.  We will stay in this state the same duration as idle,\nso if we are continually without network access this effectively\ndoubles the light doze idle durations.\n\nGet rid of some wrongly copy/pasted code to allow doze light\nto still work even if we don\u0027t have an SMD.
