This is the beginning of a big overhaul of the\nsupport library docs.\n\nThe \"overview\" section has been rewritten and expanded in this CL.\nThe \"revisions\" section hasn\u0027t been touched, except that the heading\nwas changed to \"Support Library Revision History\".       "message": "Stop user faster and clear stale broadcasts\n\nMoved several USER_STOPPING registered receivers to listen\nto USER_STOPPED, since they don\u0027t need to be blocking the\nshutdown of the user.\n\nClear all stale broadcasts when stopping a user, so that we\ndon\u0027t unnecessarily start up processes and deliver stale\nbroadcasts. This was causing code to run when the user was\nalready stopped and resulted in crashes when other providers\nand services couldn\u0027t be started anymore.
