      "message": "Text handles positions\u0027 are correctly updated.\n\nBug 3510106\n\nThe CAB animation does not fire events, which does not update the\nhandles\u0027 positions.\n\nThe solution is to make the handle update their position before any\ndraw traversal, using an onPreDrawListener. The ScrollingPopupWindow\nonScroll listener is no longer needed with this change. This is also\na more robust solution since other events (such as animations) may\nchange the TextView\u0027s position.\n\nThe cost is a recomputation of the Handles\u0027 positions at each redraw\nwhich was not necessary with listeners.       "message": "Don\u0027t fail unlinking death recipients on dead binders\n\nIt\u0027s legal to call unlinkToDeath() *after* receiving binderDied(),\nas long as the recipient being unlinked was in fact linked\npreviously.  Don\u0027t throw an exception in this case.  (The\nexception was going unhandled in the system process, bringing\ndown the runtime.  That\u0027s bad.)\n\nThe change here is a bit subtle.  In the new implementation, the\nlifetime of a JavaDeathRecipient -- the fundamental bridge between\nIBinder objects and the Dalvik/JNI world -- is tied to the\nlifetime of the Dalvik-side BinderProxy object it\u0027s associated\nwith.  That means it\u0027s inappropriate for the JavaDeathRecipient\nto disappear [for purposes of being referenced from the Dalvik\nside] just because the IBinder has sent out its obituaries, and\ninstead the JavaDeathRecipient objects are kept around until\nthe Dalvik-side client code actually drops its reference to the\nBinderProxy.\n\nThis boils down to a one-line change:  we no longer unpin the\nJavaDeathRecipients and free them immediately in response to\nbinderDied().\n\nThe rest of the CL is #ifdefed-out debugging that is invaluable\nwhen bugs crop up.\n\nBug 3513703\n\nChange-Id: I743fa49669c9252f71dcabfd8dcf42ed729b70a5\n"

      "message": "Cancel LayoutTransition animations selectively\n\nA recent change to LayoutTransition caused new layout transitions to\ncancel any previously-running animations. This was to handle situations\nwhere a transition adding an item needed transitions removing items to\nfinish their job first (and vice versa). But canceling *all* running\nanimations from transitions caused some artifacts, like making the status\nbar icons blink or fade in, depending on which one was started last.\n\nThe new approach is to cancel just the ones we care about: adding animations\ncancel removing animations, and vice versa. Either one cancels \u0027changing\u0027\nanimations, which prevents objects from being animated to the old end\nlocations, since the new transition will animate them to the correct new\nend locations.\n\nChange-Id: I68ac351b05365cace6639b6618422395c35c83fd\n"
