Instead this uses the same\ntechnique as used for libcore/ojluni files and adds the annotations to\nstub files (in hiddenapi/src) which are built as part of the\nandroid.test.base-hiddenapi target.       "message": "Extract android_media_Utils.cpp as a lib\n\nThis is a part of job to cut dependency from libmediandk\nto libandroid_runtime.
