      "message": "Fix text is cut off in corner cut out condition\n\nThere is a todo that it needs to handle the corner cut out. In the\ncondition of RTL and Corner Cut out, HeadsUpStatusBarView\u0027s padding\nis wrong because displayCutout.getSafeInsetRight() is 0 but corner\ncut out actually impact HeadsUpStatusBar\u0027s layout. Corner cut out\nmake icon\u0027s start more big but mCutOutInset is 0 so the newPadding\nis a negative number.\n\nThe handle method is to detect the part of overlaying with corner\ncut out. i.e. center cut out is exclude. To count the cut out start\nas cutOutStart and compare cutOutStart with icon\u0027s start. The cut\nout is not corner cut out if cutOutStart \u003c icon\u0027s start.\n\nicon\u0027s minus the width of overlay part to prevent from negative\npadding.\n\nmove the get screen size from onLayout to fitSystemWindows and\nonAttachToWindow because there is a chance to new object in\nonLayout. To new object in onLayout is not good practice.
