      "message": "Exposing file:// beyond your app is bad, m\u0027kay?\n\nFor several releases now we\u0027ve told developers that sharing raw files\nbetween apps is a recipe for trouble.  There are at least three major\nproblems with sending raw files:\n\n-- Apps sending generic intents can\u0027t know who is at the other end,\nso they may not have access to shared storage locations.  This is\nmore likely now that runtime permissions require apps to explicitly\nask users for permission.\n\n-- Apps making files in their private storage world-readable has been\ndeprecated for several releases, and now in N it\u0027s fully blocked.  If\nwe let these intents through, the receiving app would fail to open\nthe file, when the real blame rests on the sending app.\n\n-- Devices with user profiles can\u0027t share raw files when using\ncross-profile intent filters, since filesystem access is fully\nlocked down between users.\n\nThe time has finally come to communicate clearly that if you\u0027re\nsharing content between apps, you need to use content:// Uris.       "message": "Add new public API to allow call screening\n\nThis CL adds a new service that the default dialer can implement to\nscreen incoming calls.\n\nIf the service is implemented then Telecom uses it to decide if a call\nshould be shown to the user or rejected.\n\nNote, I initially tried to simply extend InCallService instead of\ncreating a whole new service. The problem with this approach is that:\n  - this breaks some in call services which show UI as soon as they are\n    bound to\n  - the in call service lifecycle is tightly coupled to adding and\n    removing calls.
