      "message": "Add input filter mechanism for accessibility.\n\nThis patch adds a mechanism for capturing, filtering, transforming\nand injecting input events at a very low level before the input\ndispatcher attempts to deliver them to applications.  At this time,\nthe mechanism is only intended to be used by the accessibility\nsystem to implement built-in system-level accessibility affordances.\n\nThe accessibility input filter is currently just a stub.\nIt logs the input events receives and reinjects them unchanged,\nexcept that it transforms KEYCODE_Q into KEYCODE_Z.\n\nCurrently, the accessibility input filter is installed whenever\naccessibility is enabled.
