This no longer works if we want to adjust the\npadding dynamically whether we are on Keyguard or not. This change\nmoves the padding outside of the individual notifications, and as\na side effect, removes the glow. The glow wasn\u0027t really visible with\nthe new layout, so it\u0027s not a breaking change.
