      "message": "Make StatusBar display all default networks.\n\nThe basic principle is: if an app\u0027s traffic could possibly go\nover a network without the app using the multinetwork APIs (hence\n\"by default\"), then the status bar should show that network\u0027s\nconnectivity.\n\nIn the normal case, app traffic only goes over the system\u0027s default\nnetwork connection, so that\u0027s the only network returned.\n\nWith a VPN in force, some app traffic may go into the VPN, and thus over\nwhatever underlying networks the VPN specifies, while other app traffic\nmay go over the system default network (e.g.: a split-tunnel VPN, or an\napp disallowed by the VPN), so the set of networks returned includes the\nVPN\u0027s underlying networks and the system default.\n\nSpecifically:\n\n1.
