      "message": "Consolidate a11y unit tests and get them working\n\nMoving tests for accessibility manager into the a11y\ndirectory and getting them to use some of the newer\ntest infrastructure. Minor tweaks to\nAccessibilityManager to make it testable.\n\nDeleting the AccessibilityManagerService tests entirely.\nThis class is difficult to unit test with the current\ninfrastructure, but is covered in CTS tests to a large\ndegree. I wasn\u0027t able to get these working quickly, and\nthey rely on timeouts that make them run much slower than\nthe other tests.
