      "message": "When the SIM_READY set current preferred network type.\n\nThis looks to fix a problem where the nv_data.bin file\nfile gets corrupted. When greping a radio log for \"md5\" if something\nlike following is seen:\n\n  RIL(s)  : load_md5_state: MD5 state 1\n  RIL(s)  : check_md5:\n  RIL(s)  : compute_md5: path /efs/nv_data.bin\n  RIL(s)  : check_md5: MD5 fail. orignal md5 \u0027628647a8e5c6cac2d586199417c0103c\u0027 computed md5 \u002758a635cbaf5fe4ffb2797aeaa2b32709\u0027 (rild)\n  RIL(s)  : check_md5:\n  RIL(s)  : compute_md5: path /efs/.nv_data.bak\n\nIt means that corruption was detected and a back version was used\nwhich is ok. Apparently that backup version can have the default\nnetwork type revert to 2G only thus causing the symptoms reported\nin b/5695729 where after taking an OTA 2G becomes the default.\n\nBy calling setCurrentPreferredNetworkType when the sim is ready we\ncan reset the the network type to 3G.\n\nNote: I also tried calling setCurrentPreferredNetworkType in\nEVENT_RADIO_AVAILABLE but that didn\u0027t work and we would see\nthe response to setPreferredNetworkType failing as the ril wasn\u0027t ready.\n\n  RILJ    : setCurrentPreferredNetworkType: 0\n  RILJ    : [0004]\u003e REQUEST_SET_PREFERRED_NETWORK_TYPE : 0\n  RILJ    : [0004]\u003c REQUEST_SET_PREFERRED_NETWORK_TYPE error: com.android.internal.telephony.CommandException: RADIO_NOT_AVAILABLE\n\n\nBug: 5695729\nChange-Id: Ibbd29cda0b201a8c08f4dcfa5cec211611e1d599\n"

      "message": "Improve handling of small largeIcons in tablet ticker.\n\nThe tablet system bar is too short for a full notification\nrow, but it will show the largeIcon of a new notification in\nits full frame, intruding into the main application content\nrectangle a bit. This is a good thing---the notifications\nreally pop out at you---but it looks a little odd if the\nlargeIcon is actually *small*: the icon is vertically\ncentered in the larger (invisible) rectangle, making it look\npoorly centered on the system bar.\n\nThis change will detect short largeIcons and center them in\nthe system bar\u0027s height instead.
