      "message": "Improve thumbnail generation utilities.\n\nThe existing APIs were pretty limited by only accepting a \"kind\"\nvalue, so improve them to accept an arbitrary size, and offer a way\nto cancel requests when no longer needed.\n\nThe older APIs were a mix of both public and @UnsupportedAppUsage,\nso mark them all both public and deprecated so we can clearly steer\ndevelopers towards better options.  (The deprecated methods are\nimplemented using the new APIs internally for sanity.)\n\nUse modern ImageDecode internally, which is more robust than\nBitmapFactory.
