      "message": "Allow apps to process ProxyFDCallback asynchrnously.\n\nPreviously callback methods of ProxyFileDescriptorCallback were invoked\non a background thread prepared in the framework. So all methods were\ninvoked and processed synchronously. This was problem because if it took\ntime to fetch bytes of one file, operations for other files were also\nblocked.\n\nThe CL changes ProxyFileDescriptorCallback methods to be invoked on\nHandler passed by apps.
