      "message": "Device idle fixes: issue #22209630 and issue #22225665\n\nIssue #22209630: Only allow whitelisted apps to put apps on the temp whitelist\n\nWe now check whether the calling app is a system uid or in the whitelist\nand, if not, throw an exception.\n\nIssue #22225665: Alarm still goes off in idle mode (doze)\n\nFix a bug where we were not clearing the calling identity when coming\nthrough the dump command to the service, and as a result when we would\neventually call out to the alarm manager it wouldn\u0027t do what we want.\nThis was only broken when being controlled by the shell.\n\nAlso adjust the network policy manager service\u0027s handling of device\nidle transitions to only toggle the device idle state, which gets rid\nof the long delay we have coming out of idle mode. This change\nwill make it so that calls to AccountManager#getAccountsByType will work\nfor the owning account authenticator even if they don\u0027t have\npermissions. This is pretty fundamental to having a working\nauthenticator and it doesn\u0027t make sense to have it be disabled (or have\nauthenticators hack around the framework).\n\nAlso changed how TokenCache works so that memory usage is still\npredictable (no more than 64kb) but token caching won\u0027t be at the mercy\nof garbage collection.
