SUW: (Not-really-)Spring Cleanup

* Remove unused imports
* Fix a few line length issues
* Convert a few anonymous classes to lambda expressions
* Convert a few global vars to locals
* Remove unused methods
* Add a small local method in MobileDataActivity to shorten repeated calls
