API feedback changes in WifiP2pConfig

The changes are,

1.  For grammatical correctness, renamed isAuthorizeConnectionFromPeer()
to isAuthorizeConnectionFromPeerEnabled and renamed the setter to
setAuthorizeConnectionFromPeerEnabled.
2. WifiP2pManager.NO_PERMISSION annotated with @IntDef
